请问，如何才能在虚拟机上跑ESXI V4呢？

请问，如何才能在虚拟机上跑ESXI V4呢？
我的跑了一下总提示：The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system. You will need to power off or reset the virtual machine at this point……………….
PS：是我CPU不支持VT，导致无法安装需要VT支持的ESXI V4，安装其它系统倒是没问题
