VMware安装linux的问题

我用VMware安装lunux，
安装完之后总是出现
VMware Workstation unrecoverable error:[vmx]
ASSERT F[4414]:1378 bugNr=1319

请问这是怎么回事啊？
怎么解决那？
还有就是我要是装两个虚拟系统得话
两个虚拟盘符不能放在同一个分区里
否则也会出错：
